Bottling

I’ve had this fantasy to start a Pinot Noir vineyard. In January I planted with the help of Brent Greene of Edible Landscapes 110 vines which should yield about 130 to 150 bottles per year – I hope. I’ve got three to four years to wait before I will be able to crush the first vintage. Until then, I’ve been learning a lot about the wine making process from the folks at Roudon Smith. Yesterday Brandon and Fred were bottling a batch of Pinot Noir. Very cool. -john
